PREAMBLE
This policy sets out the basis on which Split Rounder Inc. collects and uses personal data, and what we will and will not do with the information that we collect.
By visiting our website splitrounder.com (our “Site”) or using Split Rounder or any other applications or software we provide from time to time (collectively our “App”), you accept and consent to the practices set out below.
1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any products or services. This website collects various types of information, such as:
Voluntarily provided information which may include your name, address, email address, billing or credit card information etc. which may be used when you purchase products and/or services and to deliver the services you have requested.
Information automatically collected when visiting our website, which may include cookies, third party tracking technologies and server logs.
In addition, Split Rounder may have the occasion to collect non-personal anonymous demographic information, such as age, gender, household income, political affiliation, race and religion, as well as the type of browser you are using, IP address, or type of operating system, which will assist us in providing and maintaining superior quality service.
1.1 For the purposes outlined in Clause 2, we may collect and process (a) voluntarily provided information obtained by users filling in forms on our Site or our App, or by corresponding with us (by phone, email or otherwise), for example:

(ii) when you report any problem to us;
(iii) when you use certain features on our Site or our App;
(iv) when you request any support from us;

(iii) all trade information generated from your usage of our Site.
1.2 The data we collect form you will be stored for no longer than necessary. The length of time we retain information will be determined based upon the following criteria: the length of time your personal information remains relevant, the length of time it is reasonable to keep records to demonstrate that we have fulfilled our duties and obligations; any limitation periods within which claims may be made; any retention periods prescribed by law or recommended by regulators, professional bodies or associations; the type of contract we have with you, the existence of your consent, and our legitimate interest in keeping such information as stated in this Policy.
1.3 Split Rounder's website is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our systems' database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.
2. WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION
2.1 We use information held about you for the following purposes:
(a) providing, improving and developing our services;
(b) researching, designing and launching new features or products;
(c) presenting content and information in our Site and our App in the most effective manner for you and for the device you use;

2.2 We intend to use your personal data in direct marketing (i.e. offering or advertising products or services by sending the relevant information directly to you). We require your consent specifically for this purpose and you may opt out any time. For the purpose of this clause:
(a) the personal data that may be used in direct marketing are those that you provide to us or we collect from you under Clause 1.1 above;
(b) the type of services or products that may be offered or advertised will be our products or services, seminars, conferences or events, and those of our affiliates or business partners;
(c) the relevant information may be sent to you by email or in-app message;
(d) you may opt out any time by emailing us at support@reply.splitrounder.com . We will cease to send you marketing information without charge.
3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will keep your personal data we hold confidential but you agree we may provide information to:
(a) personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service providers in connection with our operations or services (for example staff engaged in the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment and the provision of support services);

Split Rounder does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties.
Split Rounder may collect and may use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure deliverability of the services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and/pr services that may be available to you from splitrounder.com
Split Rounder may also be in contact with you in regards to completing surveys and/or research questionaries related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.
Split Rounder may feel it necessary, from time to time, to contact you on behalf of our other external business partners with regards to a potential new offer which may be of interest to you. If you consent or show interest in presented offers, then, at that time, specific identifiable information, such as name, email address and/or telephone number, may be shared with the third party.
4. COOKIES
4.1 Our Site uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of the Site. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Site and also allows us to improve our Site.

At times we may also collaborate with third party companies to refer their users to Split Rounder. You may have signed up with Split Rounder as a result of such collaboration.
6. SECURITY
6.1 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers.
6.2 We restrict access to personal information to our employees, service providers and contractors on a strictly need-to-know basis and ensure that those persons are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.
6.3 We review our information collection, storage and processing practices from time to time to guard against unauthorized access, processing or use.
6.4 Please note, however, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site; any transmission is at your own risk.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
7.1 You have the right to:

(b) access any personal data we hold about you; and
(c) require us to correct any inaccuracy or error in any personal data we hold about you.
7.2 Any request under Clause 7.1 may be subject to a small administrative fee to meet our cost in processing your request.
8. REQUEST FOR ACCOUNT DELETION
You may request for your account to be deleted by sending an email to support@reply.splitrounder.com. You must include your account email. We may also perform additional verification in order to ascertain the legitimacy of your request. Immediately upon the completion of your account delete request or six months thereafter, we will permanently delete your account.
9. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any given time by posting the updated policy on our Site. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page. By continuing to use our Site and our App after the changes come into effect means that you agree to be bound by the revised policy. If at any point in time Split Rounder decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to weather to permit the use of their information in this separate matter.
10. NOTICE TO EUROPEAN UNION USERS
Split Rounder's operations are located primary in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU). By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described in this Policy.
